GMX serves no gmxapi.ai host for this chain.

A structural absence, not a failure: GMX simply does not run the wallet-scoped REST service (/positions, /orders) for every chain it has contracts on — Arbitrum Sepolia is one such chain.

Distinct from a request that was attempted and failed, so callers using this host as one tier of a fallback chain can skip it quietly instead of reporting an error for something that will never work and needs no fixing. Subclasses ValueError so existing except ValueError handlers keep working.
