Spiko API

Read-only Spiko USTBL tokenised-fund support. The adapter combines the USTBL share supply with Spiko’s verified, Chainlink-compatible Oracle NAV/share value. Permissioned subscription, transfer and redemption lifecycle operations are deliberately not exposed as public vault operations.
