Reviewed policy identifiers that restrict who may deposit into Blue.

Sulu uses ALLOWED_DEPOSIT_RECIPIENTS. Deprecated Phoenix and Encore releases used the equivalent investor/depositor whitelist and caller whitelist policies. Enzyme’s website exposes these as DepositorWhitelist and BuySharesCallerWhitelist respectively.
