FallbackRetryConfiguration

Documentation for eth_defi.provider.fallback.FallbackRetryConfiguration Python class.

class FallbackRetryConfiguration

Bases: object

Bound selected fallback retries for one optional contract call.

EncodedCall uses this context-local configuration while probing optional Solidity methods. It preserves the caller’s retry budget without placing Python exception classes in a JSON-RPC transaction payload.

Parameters
  • retry_exceptions – Exception classes which remain retryable despite ignore_error.

  • retries – Maximum number of fallback retries after the initial request.

  • sleep – Seconds to wait before each selected retry.
