fetch_lighter_withdrawal_delay(session, timeout=30.0)

Fetch Lighter’s current secure-withdrawal delay in seconds.

The reported value is dynamic, so use it to inform an operator before a secure withdrawal rather than hard-coding an expected delay. It is not a per-withdrawal completion guarantee: wait for the withdrawal-history item to become claimable before attempting an L1 claim.

Fast withdrawals have different semantics and require the L1 account’s EOA private key. A contract-owned Safe has no such key, so this helper is for the secure-withdrawal flow used by Lagoon Safe integrations.

• session (eth_defi.lighter.session.LighterSession) – Configured Lighter HTTP session.

• timeout (float) – Per-request timeout in seconds.
